Lynn has over 40 years of experience in the field of health and human services. She has been in private practice since 2005 providing behavioral/mental health and substance abuse assessments and treatment to individuals, groups and families. She served as a senior faculty member for the University of Phoenix facilitating classes on abnormal psychology, ethics, relationships and positive psychology.
Lynn has worked with the Department of Health and Human Services extensively to provide
services for those experiencing legal difficulties, involvement with child welfare and individuals
with developmental disabilities. Lynn has worked extensively with individuals experiencing co-
occurring disorders, relationship concerns and major mental illnesses such as anxiety,
depression, trauma, behavioral difficulties.
Lynn applies solution-focused therapy motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, among other therapeutic approaches.
